Vladimir was one of the first Powermen, and, for our money, one of the first major bodybuilders and strongmen to appear on our site! A free-thinking massage therapist, originally from St. Petersburg, Vladimir relocated in South America where the weather was little warmer – and he didn’t have to wear so many clothes. He gets his genes honestly – his grandfather was a circus strongman, and his father, and three uncles were all stars from the Soviet Weight-Lifting Team in the 1950s.
